Riitta Papinniemi

Artesoft - paper yarn reliefs and curtains are designed and handmade by a Finnish textile designer Riitta Papinniemi. Interior atmosphere is created by soft and moody tones of paper yarn fabrics.

Relief designs are suitable in addition to home interiors also to soften large area wall spaces of office rooms and public buildings.

Paper yarn is genuinely natural material made from an ecologically produced renewable natural material & wood. Due to the compactness of the wood fibres paper yarn does not gather dust or dirt, an important feature particularly for those allergic to dust.
