Andrea Valentini

Andrea Valentini born and raised in Rhode Island, USA received both Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Interior Architecture degrees from (RISD).

Materials otherwise known as utilitarian and industrial, that seem inhibited by their conventions and limited to their uses, challenge her, to seek insightful opportunities through diversity in function, resurgence in form and understanding of environmental awareness. While allowing the eye to feel and the hand to touch, she arrives at witty, sculptural objects that function not only to utility but to the senses.
